Use this page to prepare a clear report about a fixture, player or article. The site’s public email appears below when the operator has configured one.

Report a Playback Problem

Include the exact match-page address and source label, such as the Premium option you selected. Describe what happened: a blank frame, an error message, a frozen picture, missing sound or the wrong event. These are different problems and should not all be described simply as “not working.”

Add the device and browser, the approximate time you tried, and whether another available source worked. If you attach an image, crop it to the relevant error and remove unrelated personal information.

Before sending, try the short checks in Playback Help. If one source works and another does not, say so. That comparison is more useful than repeatedly refreshing the same player.

Request a Fixture or Article Correction

For a schedule correction, identify both teams or the full event name, the displayed date and the detail that needs changing. A link to the current organizer’s fixture page helps distinguish a feed error from a timezone difference.

For an article correction, include the page address and the sentence or section concerned. Explain the issue and provide a relevant primary reference where possible. You do not need to submit a rewritten article to point out an error.

For accessibility or navigation problems, describe the control you could not use and how you were trying to use it. Keyboard navigation, a screen reader and a phone touchscreen can encounter different issues.

A Useful Message Format

You can use the following structure in an email. Include only the fields relevant to your issue; the goal is to identify the page and reproduce the symptom.

FieldWhat to Include
SubjectA short description such as “Wrong fixture time” or “Premium source has no sound”
PageThe complete website address of the affected page
Event or sectionThe pairing, event name or article heading
Observed resultWhat you saw, including the exact error when available
Expected resultWhat you believe should have appeared
ContextSource label, device, browser, time and any comparison already tried
ReferenceAn official fixture or documentation link, if relevant

Personal Information and Other Requests

Do not send account passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or private access tokens for a routine website report. An event URL and a description of the problem are usually more relevant than sensitive personal information.

For a privacy question, identify the page or feature involved and the type of information concerned. The privacy page explains the distinction between the website interface and services embedded from elsewhere.

For a copyright or related rights concern, use the information requested on the copyright reporting page. The website operator can review its own listing; a separate provider controls the underlying media service.

Contact Availability

The contact route is the public email shown at the end of this page. If no address is displayed, this installation has not published a working email contact here. This page does not submit a form or create a support ticket by itself.

Sending a report does not guarantee an immediate response or a particular resolution. A source failure may require action by its external provider. Keep the event address and your original description so you can identify the same issue in any follow-up.
